Stab In The Dark is dry hopped exclusively with New Zealand hops: Pacific Gem and Pacific Jade giving subtle hints of blackcurrant, lemon and black pepper, bouncing off the coffee/chocolate notes coming from the malts.

Cask @ CanalHouse, Nottingham - Pours dark black with a medium tanned foamy head. Nice lacing. Aroma - roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate Taste - Sweet, lactose, roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, nice bitter finish. Solid stout.
