Collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery.
This delicious dark lager starts with Munich malt as its base to establish a robust caramel beginning. From there we build the depth of flavour and colour with the addition of carared, chocolate malt and candi sugar for complex sweetness with notes of chestnuts. Hallertauer Mittlefruh brings the classic German noble hop characteristics of herbal spiciness and floral notes. Deep, complex and deceptively moreish.
