This demonic 6.66% New England IPA uses plenty of oats and wheat for a pillowy body and Heidleberg malt for a perfect yellow colour. Mosaic whole leaf in the boil for bitterness and aroma plus more Mosaic Cryo at pitch. Finally finished off with a generous dry hopping of Krush and Vic Secret. Notes of Mango, Orange, Passionfruit and a touch of vanilla come together with a touch of signature Black Iris bitterness for a thirst quenching beer!!

Schooner on keg fro The Canalhouse, Nottingham (£6):
Bright amber with a 1cm, bubbly white head holding well & slightly hazy body. Fresh stone fruits, sweet pine hops & a little pineapple. Sharp & dank on the palate with plenty bitterness, some lingering hops to finish too & very dry.
