Classic and comforting brown ale. Had it at the brewery in a pint glass. Nice dark brown color with decent head and lacing. Good aroma that is chocolatey with a bit of coffee. The taste combines toasted pumpernickel with the chocolate and coffee. The result is a bit Smokey with a hint of fruitiness - maybe strawberry? Overall, a very enjoyable beer!
