Ok, so a Belgian style tripel is not the strong suit for this brewery, but I still enjoyed the beer.
Bought two bottles of this beer when in Los Alamos in July. Poured into a tulip glass. Murky yellow color with effervescent white head that quickly fades with little lacing. Slightly fruit smell. Some pears and sweet apples but not too much. Some straw and hay.
Not the best beer I have had from this brewery but I always look forward to going back!
