This beer is billed as a “sour IPA”, and it is a very tasty, enjoyable beer.
I had it from tap at the brewery poured into a tulip glass. Hazy golden yellow color with fluffy white head and great curtain lacing. The smell was of fresh, refreshing citrus, slightly floral. The taste is nicely complex with grapefruit, herbal basil and slightly sour lemons. Pleasant hoppy bitterness to finish. The feel is full but refreshing. Overall an excellent beer with pizza and I will drink more of it.
