This beer is supposed to be a traditional Ukrainian buckwheat beer and proceeds from its sale go to Ukrainian war relief. For lack of such a beer style, and since it is brewed in the US, I labeled it an American pale wheat beer.

In any event, this is a nice beer that is somewhere between a Hefeweizen and a Wit beer.

I had it from draft at the brewery poured into a pint glass. Hazy pale yellow color with a very nice foamy white head and good curtain lacing. Grainy, bready, fruity smell and taste. Comforting buckwheat flavor and feel. A bit of the banana and coriander profile. Another good and interesting beer from Bathtub Row.
