My current favorite at this brewery. Brewed for a local Nordic themed festival.
Poured from tap into a tulip glass. Bright golden yellow color with good head and lacing. I love the smell of this beer: sweet and floral. This follows to the taste. Fruity, slightly sweet taste. Rustic spicy background, this is where the juniper and rye shine. Very mellow smooth feel. I have really been enjoying this one.
