500mL bottle direct from the brewery, this was their 2023 anniversary beer. Unsure how long the various components were aged in barrels, but the result has a modest barrel character. The bock dominates the barleywine and ryewine, presenting dark malts and hints of chocolate. Moderately strong oxidation, common to other aged bottles from Devil's Kettle, maybe an issue with the bottling; I would drink fresh rather than subjecting to further aging. I love these types of blending experiences, but this is not exceptionally strong.
