Dark gold with a nice lasting white head.
Nose is a bit reserved but there is a super light Earl grey tea tone with a slightly heavier lemon verbena tone. However, for all of the adjuncts nose should be a bit "more."
Mouth feel is really rich, creamy, bold and satisfying. You want more.
Flavor profile is very complex. Layers of vegetable tones; rosemary, light celery, green ivy and herbs but with appealing notes. Nice bitter mid palate and finish. All in all pretty complex and good with food.
