A - pours a jet black with a really nice head
S - smells of sweet, chocolaty malts
T - the taste follows the nose perfectly. Really sweet, chocolaty malts are somewhat balanced by some roasted malt.
M - full and creamy mouthfeel - nice nitrous body
D - this is a solid stout. Nothing too flashy or bold, but well crafted.

Pours a very dark black that is about 90% opaque. It has a great roasted and slightly burnt aroma. The taste is similar...nice and roasty, nothing over the top. Lots of dark chocolate and coffee. It is super creamy and dry. It's a good solid stout, but nothing spectacular.

A pretty good stout, though nothing that breaks out from the crowd.
Pours a deep black with a fluffy nitro head. The smell is full of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet, and chocolaty with a strong roasted malt character. The mouthfeel, however, is surprisingly thin.

On-tap at the brewpub in Edwards, Biker Stout is a chewy, full-bodied American stout. It is deep mahogany in colour and has a solid bouquet filled with aromas of tobacco, coffee, and chocolate.
But, it's the creamy mouthfeel and mix of heavy flavors--again, chocolate, burnt wood, tobacco--that make this a delicious stout. For traditional American stouts in particular, this was full of body and flavor, both of which are excellent attributes.
I would have liked a slightly higher level of drinkability from this, as it felt/weighed more like a double stout or RIS rather than a session stout. Despite that minor flaw, this is a brew worth seeking out. It's easily the tastiest brew on tap at Gore Range.

Poured black with 1" tan head & great lacing & head retention!
S: Slight choclate & coffee notes
T: Choolate & coffee up front. Finishes dry & choclatey
MF: Rich/smooth, medium bodied with perfect carbonation
Drank too easy, easily rhe best beer they offered by far
