I have debated within myself about consuming this beer. It is a barrel-aged sour, should I drink it or allow it mature. Well, let me see this was a bad idea. The beer is 46 degrees and served in a tulip glass. The pour of the beer produced a one-finger bright white head. The head of beer dissipated just as fast as it came. The head left no sign of its existence. The color of the beer is SRM, a pale to deep gold. The beer has some haziness.
The initial aroma in the beer is apple, tart, crackers, and wood. Digging deeper, I smell honey, lemons, hay, a hint of phenols, and vinegar. The beer's aromas were hard to detect, everything blended.
The beer taste like kombucha. The beer has a large volume of vinegar that does not help the flavor nor hurt. The flavors I get in the beer are wood crackers, fruity esters, phenols, honey, lemons, and apples.
The mouthfeel of the beer is carbonation and sour.
The body of the beer is light, medium-plus carbonation, and full finish.
For me, this is too sour. The flavors in the beer do not bloom on my palate. The vinegar takes over, and that is the dominant flavor. Not a fan of this beer produced by Grand Teton. Age or not on the beer did not make any better.

12oz bottle split between a pair of sample glasses.
Pours clear with little to no head and lots of carbonation. Smell is gueuze -- lemon and tart, oak with a tiny bit of funk.
Taste is along the same lines as the aroma. Very tart, moderate oak. Very tasty.
Mouthfeel is dry, crisp, and effervescent.
