Pale gold in color, slightly hazy with a small, white head. Inviting aroma of tropical fruit mixed with some citrus fruit. Strong hop flavor with a dry, peppery finish. Refreshing and tasty, however the malt is very light, leaving the balance towards the hops and causing the body to be a bit thin.
I didn't get many "farmhouse" qualities out of this beer, but it was enjoyable. It has a lot of pale ale characteristics. More complexity coming from the malt or yeast could really do it wonders.
