The double dry hopped iteration of Illumination. An exceptional saison from a brewery I had never encountered before. While visiting friends in New Jersey, I was taken to to this (almost literally) hole-in-the-wall brewery that makes some incredible brews. This beer was an impressively nuanced saison, with a solid, traditional belgian yeast profile, accented wonderfully with this hop addition. Sampled in a 4oz tasting glass.
