pours straw gold with a thick head, looks pretty damn light
smell is insanely creamy sweet. lots of earthy fruit to this, like a bountiful garden
taste is sweet and slightly spicy. Simcoe really gives up a spicy and earthy flavor.
this beer is damn creamy and easy to drink
not their best beer but it's more of it being single Simcoe. a great hop but lacks complexity when not paired with another hop. the body and creaminess of this beer is outstanding. very easy to drink.
would love this malt bill in combination with 2-3 hops. would be a lighter version of G Waves
