Dry-hopped Table Beer 4.5%

After brewing a couple of bigger hoppy beers, we wanted to brew something simple and crisp while also throwing some fun hops at it. It falls between a handful of styles but it’s crisp, light and refreshing so we decided on calling it a table beer. Brewed with pilsner and wheat, hopped with Motueka and Hallertau Blanc and then fermented with Kolsch yeast. We lagered it for a brief period to clean up the yeast esters and make it nice and snappy and then lightly dry hopped it with the same combination. The warmer days are coming and this is one of those beers that pairs with spring winds and warm sun. Come by and grab a growler, get your spring-cleaning done and reward yourself with a pint. Notes of bready malt, lime, blooming spring flowers.

A dry hopped table beer!

was lagered but also had a slight ale taste/feel

super easy to drink and full of flavor. not sure to list it as a saison/pale ale/pale lager but no matter the "style" it's a good beer
