Poured a translucent medium chardonnay color from a pint bottle into a Samuel Smith imperial pint glass with a fizzy foam that settles down quickly and forms a ring of suds around the inside of the glass that clings. Smells of stone fruit, oak, grapes and funky sourness abound. Tart and sour in taste with a strong sour finish that lingers. Medium light in body with a mild carbonation tingle on the tongue and a slight sour burn in the back of the throat. First sour I've had from Conclave and it didn't disappoint.

This is an extremely fruity but also extremely sour beer. Lots of stone fruit (especially notes of unripe apricot) but also apple and an intense sour end. Would go well with some cheese or fatty foods to provide balance. A very interesting beer.
