This is just a really solid saison all the way around. There is a nice spicy bite without the adding any actual spices. This is how this style should taste.

I tried this on tap at T Brendon O'reilly's served chilled in a pint.
The color is an amber shade of golden with thin white head with fine bead and decent retention. The smell is slightly spice oriented with a mild sweet wheat aroma and light yeast fruitiness with light alcohol and gentle phenolic scent. The feel is good with moderate carbonation andmedium body with mild bitterness and gentle sweetness with a mostly dry finish with light alcohol.
The taste is good with some fruitiness and slight spice in the yeast flavor with a mild sweetness in the malt from what tastes like wheat with a subtle creamy element and gentle bitterness as it finishes on the dry side with only a hint of alcohol in the back. This is a good saison it doesn't taste like a 7% ale and it is a refreshing take on the style.
