From a can from a beer club. If this were available in my town, I would have a six pack available at all times for my friends who say they don't like craft beer. This is a solid pilsner. Crisp lightly sweet. Sparkly carbonation. Not as much hops as I like in a pilsner, but that's me.

Stamp on bottom of can says "Canned on 1334" ...was told at the brewery it was fresh. 1=2021 and 334 = 334th day of 2021 which is Nov 30. Website description: "BLU Golden Lager — A crisp pilsner lager, lightly hopped and brewed with only the finest 2 row and pilsen malted barley."
Appearance
Pours to a moderate creamy white head that falls to a thin ring, Slightly hazy with some floaties. Orange-yellow color.
Aroma
Right off the bat, two signs of infection: Slight vinegar and diacetyl aromas. Diacetyl could be forgivable because the original Czech pilsner years has been known to produce some and it is permissiable style -wise, BUT the vinegar note indicates an acetobacter infection, which is an showstopper. Someone sneezed in the fermenter! Also some crisp pilsner malts and spicy hops in there too. Also some peppery Belgian funk in there as well. Fail.
Flavor
The vinegar taste is evident, making it a tad sharp but not in a good way. the other aromas manifest aqst tastes on the palate well. Beer is on the dry side, the diacetyl butteriness is reminiscent of chardonnay. Tastes a bit bigger than it's purported carbs and calories indicate (5g, 116).
Mouthfeel
All is nominal here. CO2 is on low end of scale. No astringency.
Overall
Sad. I know this recipe to be a solid one with out the flaws. How can Arkansas's most Award Winning Brewery justify selling this batch? They could have poured this batch down the drain and saved their reputation but instead they sold this garbage and poured their reputation down the drain!
