We aged our Grand Depart Saison in this white wine barrel for 6 months where it picked up a delightful tartness, retained that Belgian-y sweetness and aroma, and picked up a hint of white wine. Meant to be enjoyed slowly and in small doses, enjoy this one off barrel project!
