Our 2019 Ales for ALS brew is a newish to the USA beer style called a kveik (pronounced qu-ike). Born from farmhouses in Norway this style is super fun and unique because the yeast has been bred for centuries to ferment at high temperatures, like really high! Like over 90˚F with out producing negative off flavors! It’s an easy drinking, non-bitter, blonde beer that has been dry hopped with this years special Ales for ALS blend. The hops give off a nice peach aroma and the yeast has a subtle fruity sweet flavor.
