Consumed at the brewery on November 1st, 2015.
Beer is a very clear light yellow with a thin white head. Very little sheeting.
Aroma is properly saisony, with pear and golden apples and a tiny hint of must.
Flavor follows aroma with unexpected but still acceptable sweetness and low but detectable residual bitterness.
Medium bodied and moderately carbonated.
This doesn't look the part, but sure tastes it.

Peppery, Clove and Tart. Pretty decent Saison.
