Straw colored, clear enough to read through, and topped by a fluffy white head, good retention, slight lacing.
Nose is floral and peppery. A mild biscuity grain note comes in as well.
Flavor follows the nose well. A mild honey note comes in and then makes way for some confident posturing by the hops. Slightly herbal and grassy, but still peppery. Not overdone at all, nice.
Mouthfeel is light, active, slightly bitter and drying on the end.
