This is one of my all-time favorite beers. You can drink this beer everyday for the rest of your life. Seriously. Great cereal/grain taste, perfectly light but present hop bitterness and taste. It’s clean and crisp and easy to drink. It’s a light-er beer that someone took the time to make absolutely perfect. Top notch stuff from Call to Arms, as always.

Clear, moderately yellow body; coarse and lively carbonation; nice head, white and sudsy, lasting. Huge mineral-like aroma infused with some estery sweetness; freshly cut pear. Solid cereal grain base flavor; moderately intense hop bitterness. Medium body yet rather watery; coarse feel; delicate sweetness at the beginning, finishes dry.
Originally called "Khors Ballroom Beer", the brewery informs me from a 01/06/22 email that Coors sent a cease-and-desist order to CtA, so they changed the name to its current format and upped the ABV from 4.8% to 5.0%, yet basically the same beer. As far as the beer itself goes, it's decent enough. Nothing spectacular, but it certainly hits the spot and refreshes the palate.

L:. Pours a very clear and light straw yellow with a small white head and nice fingers of lacing g around the glass.
S:. Malt and corn tortillas, with a bit of sweet malt, with a very light hop. Very inviting aroma.
T:. Corn tortillas, mixed with a sweet malt and a very light floral hop. For an American adjunct type lager, this is really good.
F:. Crisp and light and very easy drinking.
O:. Damn, this is a good beer, this is what Budweiser and Coors should taste like, this is an awesome example of an American Lager.

the name is funny but the beer is good, like an improved banquet beer, obviously what they were targeting, seemingly all malt but still super light, just the lightest sweetness to it, and a crisp finish with a real subtle lager yeast presence, its refreshing and crushable, and i bet it sells well for them. pale yellow, crystal clear, barely even colored, with a tall white head that dissipates after a moment, carbonation still tickles the nostrils though. a mild grassy hop note, this is not a bland beer despite rather minimal grain impact here. just the lightest pale barley malt and some pils type crackery flavor in there, decent bitterness to balance the not quite dry finish. carbonation is way up, and there is a real crisp lager finish, snappy and quick and clean, majorly easy drinking, but not too light for chilly weather either. well done take on something like this, no metallic back end, warms up better than the macro stuff, i really think there is a role for beers like this in the craft world, and they have been ignored too long. on one of the busier and more adventurous brewery tap lists locally, this stands out in a cool way.
