I am no Berliner Weisse expert, but this one is tasty. Served on draft at Aubrey's in East Knoxville. When it arrives at the table, the waitress says "I'm diggin the color". Rightfully so. Arrives an amber with a distinct purple blue hue. Perhaps a bit dark for the style, but beautiful nonetheless. Aroma was noticeable before she set the beer on the table. Not sure if it is blackberries or extract (I am guessing the latter) but it's nice. Good blackberry flavor theoughout with solid tartness. The carbonation may be a little too high, but otherwise a solid offering.
