I tried this beer off the tapper at the Greenville, South Carolina location as part of a four sample flight whilst on my way to The Masters Tournament. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave muc lace. The scent had mild grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and subtle grain and biscuit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Got it on tap at the upper ski lounge in Oɓer Gatlinburg bar. Amazing beer and definitely helped relieve some aches and pains from a day of winter fun.

Built for warmer weather, Yee-Haw Brewing looks to the mildly more characterful German styled Kolsch than the standard Americanized pilsner for influence in a thirst quenching, refreshing and highly drinkable summer option.
Pale gold and with a slight haze, Yee-Haw Kolsch gets going with a frothy and foamy white crown and a pleasantly floral, grainy-sweet scent. To taste, the malty impressions of light honeysuckle, fresh bread, hints of dough and a gloss of powdered sugar to start.
The malt sweetness proves to be quickly dissolving on the middle palate and the slightly more cereal and raw grain character rises slightly. Met with the offset of hops, a bright and grassy taste is followed by a spicier, nearly minty and eucalyptus-like spice to an even-keel taste heading into finish. Hints of lemon and apple show in subtle and nuanced flavors through the center before the finish turns spicy and floral once more.
Light in body overall but fuller compared to U.S. lagers, Kolsch finishes herbal, spicy and with a linger of drying malts with a medium length aftertaste of botanical hops lasting shortly after the malts have expired.

Pale gold color with quickly dissipating head. Fresh grassy aroma , biscuity malt with sufficient balancing bitterness. Light bodied, very refreshing, easy drinker. A quality beer.

16 oz can poured into a pint glass. This was a nice-looking beer in the glass - nearly clear with only a slight haziness. It cleared a bit as it warmed, demonstrating some chill haze. The color was a bright yellow-straw and a standard pour produced a medium-sized white head. Aroma was there, but was a bit elusive and restrained, showing white bread and faint floral notes. The taste followed the nose with a light breadyness, balanced with grassy and floral hops. Moderate bitterness with a very clean and dry finish. Medium-bodied with a clean feel. Overall a well-crafted session beer, but it didn't really pop in any area.
