Poured into a shaker pint glass.
Look: Hazy dark straw yellow. Sea foam off-white head, good retention. Thick random bands of lacing.
Aroma: Yeast, banana, coriander.
Taste: Dough and bread with banana, clove, coriander. Tangy finish.
Mouthfeel: Light and dry.
Overall: Very Yeasty and fruity, very easy to drink with a low ABV.
