Pleased to be the 2nd reviewer of this rare "dirty bright beer".
Slovak special pilsner, unfiltered, with a powerful low-tide, fecund yeast.
a) Golden straw body but hazed, quick white head, loose bubbles for a Pils, a bit of lace. Unusual.
s) The aroma is grassy, grainy, and has a low tide, clams and beach feel to it, with oyster cracker malt.
t) Follows the smell, and adds some saltiness and oyster with a bit of fruit, and powerful musty yeast. Complex and delicious, great with strong cheese.
f) Nice tingle, clean finish despite the heavy yeast.

Pours a cloudy straw color with a smallish white head that settled into a light ring.

The aroma is slightly grassy, slightly grainy. Cracker like malt aroma.

The taste is of slight grain and grass. Light fruitiness. I'm told it's stone fruit. Some musty yeast notes.

The flavor is pretty spot on for the style. Way too cloudy and yeasty for a pils.
