On-tap 5/23/2016 at the brewpub in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a bright gold color, with a large foamy white head that fades slowly and leaves a very thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains lager yeast, floral hops, citrus and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a decent burst of floral hops. Then some breadiness comes in from lager yeast and a hearty malt character. There are some sweet flavors of caramel and citrus that bring a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while.
