Niagara Brewing combines their Premium Lager with local ice wine to produce their IceWine Beer. Bottled to look like champagne and very bubbly. Available at their brewery. Taste is more wine than beer and they suggest to serve it in a flute glass. It’s a unique item or gift because it’s the only example that I know of.
