Poured into narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, nearly clear/transparent, off white head presents 1+ fingers thick, head dissipates to thin top and lacing on the glass.
Smell is sweeter malt, biscuit, light honey, some fruitiness.
Taste is more sweet malt with biscuit, subtle fruity sweetness, light hop character with grass and herbal qualities.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall a slightly over-sweet Kolsch-style with a bit lower carbonation than style.
