Had on tap at LCBC in Weedsport. Fresh very tasty IPA featuring Simcoe and Mosiac.
Pours a beautiful solid amber orange beer with hints of yellow/gold when held to light. Nice creamy head, but dissipated very quickly with essentially no lacing. A bit more head retention and prob would bump rating to 4.25.
Nose was a bit missing but was pleasant as beer warmed.
Taste very good. Actually a bit of malty biscuit forward enhanced by the Simcoe and furthered with some Mosaic citrus. Good bop bitterness but not overly dank.
Very well rounded delicious beer.
Nicely smooth; fresh with abundant but soft carbonation. Just what draft beer should be.
Overall a very nice enjoyable IPA, and props to the LCBC crew for brewing this one.
Now a favorite from them.
