Copper and moderately hazy with a moderate amount of slow rising. Fine bubbles. Topped with four fingers of white, sticky, glassy, wight head.
Smells of pineapple, a hint of orange rind, malt mostly pineapple juice.
The taste is of pineapple juice, with a biscuit a malty back bone, and a little bit of bitterness on the finish.
Medium body with a lid Little fine carbonation.
I got this in Roseville California and I’m drinking in Reading July 23, 2019.

9oz pour, small pint glass.
Very clear lighter yellow with a small white head that’s limited by the glass.
Straight Mosaic; kiwi, white grape, and that mysterious deliciousness that’s captured the beer drinking public.
More Mosaic and quenching bitterness. Dry finish with lots of juicy fruit flavors.
Light body, very juicy, bone dry.
Great single hop Mosaic IPA. I still can’t put my finger on why Mosaic is such a distinctive and delicious hop, but it is.

Clear golden brew with plenty of foam. Light body with a pleasant spritzy mouthfeel. Big aroma of lime and papaya. Flavors of pineapple, a resiny touch, and a grapefruit finish. Moderately acidic with a distinct bitter aftertaste. Overall this is an eminently drinkable hoppy brew. Maybe too drinkable as it is lighter and yet more powerful than many IPAs. From the 12 oz can purchased at Barons Market.

A bit fruity and less bitter than what I gravitate to, but overall pretty good.

Type: 12-oz. can
Glass: Beer Nerd 12-oz. tulip

Price: $11.49 for a 6-pack

Picked this up on a recent trip to Bine & Vine to get Adam some stuff. First time I had seen it in stores after having it once on Untappd on Feb. 20, 2018, giving a taster a 4.00. Online description read, “Isomerization. Is it magic? Sorcery? The work of a mad scientist?? Kinda! It’s the chemical process in which alpha acids are converted into hop oils and infused into the beer during a rolling boil. Isomerizer IPA has aromas of passion fruit, citrus zest, and grapefruit backed by subtle flavors of cracked wheat. Finishing dry and hoppy, this single hop American IPA proves you don’t need to be a super hero or a Brewmaster (wait, aren’t those one and the same?) to appreciate the isomerization of hops.” Hops mentioned were Mosaic. Was excited to actually review it.
Poured a gold-to-light amber clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky white head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. World-class spiderweb foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled bubblegum, Mosaic, blueberry, lactose, rose blossom, floral, tropical fruit punch, passion fruit and vanilla somehow. More tropical notes from the can with guava, mixed berry and passion fruit dominating. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste followed the nose, maybe not quite as good. Got trashy Mosaic, mixed berry, floral, rose petals, passion fruit, tropical fruit punch, bubblegum, guava & some light peppery spice. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This was outstanding overall, nowhere as good as Aurora Hoppyalis, but pretty much nothing is. Just a great Mosaic IPA. (Overall - 4.00)
