Inspired by warm cookies fresh from the oven, this bold beer has notes of gooey chocolate, dark caramel and bourbon. Who needs milk? This year we're dunking our cookies in beer.

Not much life on the head after a minute. But initially she looked good. Khaki colored foam, scattered light lacing.
Smell is a nice ride of cocoa, warm whiskey notes, and a hint of nutty caramel.
Flavor follows nicely. A gentle wash of cocoa, caramel malt, ever so light roast, and a warm whiskey kiss.
Mouthfeel is ok. Heft is shallow on carbonation.
