Clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Saint-Martin tulip. As I recall the hops were listed as Mosaic and Citra, the must-have combination. Hugely fragrant with lemon and mango and that mystic sunshine. Smooth and spritzy in the mouth.
Moderately sweet with a substantial easy strength. Sharp and fruity with the endless aromatics. Some heat along with hints of tangerine and papaya. This is some proof that Bay City should be seen as a contender in the San Diego beer world. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at the brewery tap room.
