On tap at Dan’s Pizza Webster.
Maybe my favorite Pilsner ever - though that’s a short list. I actually had a 2nd one so I could taste it without food.
L: on the “darker” side for a Pilsner. Not amber at all, but the look says it has body.
S: none. Seriously I get nothing from it, though not a turnoff.
T/F: I have to combine these two sections because together they’re what get me, especially for a lager. Very heavy for the type, but usually lagers that feel this heavy are disgustingly sweet. Not at all. I guess one could easily be fooled into thinking this is a blonde ale.
I am thoroughly impressed at the complexity for a lager. There’s a good herbal note to it, which came out more with food.
O: this could easily be a go-to light-colored beer. At 6% it would have to be a slow session, but it could be done. It’s thick enough that it would naturally slow one down.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
