Another very solid beer. This one was on tap at the brewpub.
This is more balanced than typical of MN APA's. Golden yellow and slightly cloudy with a small white cap. KInda' faint aroma that is mixed hops and malt.
Very well done flavors. Distinct malt with a nice crunchy slightly toasted grain. Smooth hops with citrus (subdued) moving to a nicely balanced bitterness that blends with the malt on the nearly clean finish.
Very nicely carbonated with a fine bubble that lends a soft almost creamy feel.
Nicely done. Easy to go back for another.
