Nice light balance of ginger and lemongrass - Pleasant, light but distinct in the nose. Would be very good with seafood.

Very interesting! This is a lemongrass and ginger beer. That you will get a strong wiff/taste of both of those flavors. I too quickly proclaimed this will be one of my favorite beers. It is very good, but to me, not one you'll want to have several of in a row! High hopes for this brewery already!
