An urban-rural collaboration can take many forms. Our friend Eric is a legendary beer-tender from Reading, Penna, who started growing hops in his city-yard on Laurel St. a few years ago. We finally provided a home for those hops! Grown in the city, brewed in the country, Laurel represents a tasty collaboration opposite of what you might expect. Have fun, drink beer!
