"A History of Cats" is a sumptuous IPA brewed with Eureka, Mosaic, and a bit of Centennial hops to round it out. A bit of pine and melon gives this beer lots of earthy, deep, da$k palate play, and a grapefruit edge that lingers onto the next sip. Cuddle up to this one and make a new best friend.
