Panic is an English-Style Pub Ale with hints of caramel and breadiness, and a lightly assertive hop character. We hopped this one throughout with East Kent Goldings and then dry hopped it with those same classic English hops, lending some spicy, floral notes to a very sessionable and smooth classic Pub Ale. In these times of Panic, it's best to sit back and enjoy Hidden River!
