It's March, so we thought we should have an Irish Red on draft, although we hopped this one up a bit! Hollow Eyes is a dank India Red Ale that brings light notes of roast and chocolate behind a big, earthy and tropical blend of some of our favorite hops, including Columbus and Mosaic. At 7.3%, it's perfect for putting down a few glasses while figuring out how to find the Luck of the Irish!
