Many beer drinkers seem to have Stars in Their Eyes when it comes to IPAs. As brewers and drinkers ourselves, we have to admit that we still get pretty excited when we try a new hop combo or a new brewing method. Such is the case with Stars in Their Eyes. This IPA explodes with easy tropical and floral flavors over a delicate Poblano Pepper back note. Hopping throughout with Azzaca and Equinox lends tastes of pineapple, peach, and honeysuckle atop of a touch of bitterness. Enjoy, for the future is bright!
