"Imperial Stout conditioned on Poblano Peppers, Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon"
This big stout honoring the Reading Pagoda is so beautifully crafted, with all of the ingredients well blended in harmony. Unlike other cinnamon-and-chili-pepper beers (think Hunahpu or Abraxas) this is not overtly sweet, cinnamon-y or spicy but rather delightful, chocolatey and lush.
