Cloudy, super pale yellow. Two-plus fingers of foamy, lightly-yellowed head. Good retention leads to thick, webbed lacing.
White wine, clementines, citrus pith and a little jungle herb in the nose.
The taste follows pretty closely, but with the weedy cattiness kicked up a couple levels. Nice grassy, weedy bitterness in the aftertaste, mingling with fairly strong pithiness.
Full, creamy feel with moderate-to-strong carbonation.
I love the layered bitterness in this. Holds its own against many of the best canned NEIPAs, IMO.
