Move over saké! We are taking rice to a whole new level with this one. Brewed with flaked rice and fermented with saison yeast, Pilot Series #5 is deceptively light-bodied with floral, herbal notes of chamomile. This unique farmhouse ale finishes crisp, clean, and dry without a cloud in the sky!
