This one pours a light and golden cloudy yellow color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like herbal funk, white wine, oak, and citrus.
This was a 2016 bottle, and it held up pretty, pretty well. There's some citrus and peach, with a white pepper chalky funkiness, sweet tarts, lemon, pepper, and stone fruit.
I really liked this one. It's got a nice peppery funky bitterness, some oak, lemon, peach, and sour candy. There's also a bit of yeasty and grassy funk.
This is light bodied, crisp, and highly carbonated, with a decent amount of drinkability.
I'm impressed with how this one held up - it's quite nice.

A first for us from a newer brewery in Athens from Jungle Jim's Eastgate
in a growler and poured into a snifter. This nice little saison pours a
hazy straw color with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring and
subtle pool with subtle lacing. Nose of zesty grains with farmhouse yeasty funk
touched with subtle honey malt and light white pepper and lemon zest. Flavors
hit the right notes for the style and give credence to proper brewing techniques
for such a new brewery. Farmhouse yeast give lightly tart notes with lemon zest and
white pepper notes that are touched by breaded malts and subtle orange zest mingling
with cracker and subtle herbal hops. Excellent mouth feel that is medium light in body,
low on the carbonation, and lightly dry on the finish.
Overall, this is one fine farmhouse ale that is done right in the outskirts of Ohio.
Nice.
Cheers

Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated 4/1/2016, into a small tulip glass.
A - Deep golden color, a bit of haze conceals an active carbonation. A snow white cap stays through the entire experience.
S - Hint of funk, warm wood notes, lemon rine, and clover honey are the dominant features. The yeast contribution is not French farmhouse, but more Fantome, and Brett. A very nice floral piece from the dry hopping.
T - A solid grain componenet, the spelt adds an earthiness, wonderful honeysuckle, apricot , white pepper elements.
M - Initial start is a bit sweet, that lasts about 3 seconds then a bone dry wave runs across the palate. The finish is chalky and delightful.
O - Very happy to have purchased this on our recent trip. A very good domestic toake on the style. Reminiscent of Blauges in many ways.

T - Follows the nose - tart lemon peel, a little yeasty, lots of funk and bright citrus twang.
