32 ounce crowler, filled on 6/2/20. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a cloudy gold color with about a half inch off-white head that didn't stay around for too long. Pretty much no lacing. Aroma is light, the brew smells like citrus and sourdough bread. Luckily the taste is stronger than the aroma, and there's also some saltiness, yogurt and some apple cider vinegary flavors noticeable too. Definitely more sour ale to me than it's a Kvass. Not that I've had many Kvass style beers but this really isn't similar to the ones I've had in the past. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit coating and is also smooth and easy to drink. Moderate carbonation. I thought it was an enjoyable sour, worth a try if you come across some.
