Foggy pale yellow with a densely thick and creamy white head settling to a persistent film and wide collar that leaves stalactite lacing on the glass.
Much appreciated qualities of true saison pair with some modern hop properties in this solid grisette. Lightly bretty horse blanket is contrasted by some green, herbal mango skin and even cannabic qualities that hint at that modern dry-hopping twist.
The softly fluffy medium body finishes semi-dry, exhaling a little barnyard funk.
