Golden amber bubbly pour, the white thin cap quickly dissipates into a ring. Have found I enjoy the gin barrel aged wild beers, and from the smell I thought I was in for another treat: gin, pine and oak lift up the grape, estery yeast and flowers beautifully. Has a lingering oak sourness. Taste like uncooked, sour beets for the first half of the sip before grape, honey, wildflower and the yeast esters of pear and lemon kick in. Sourness and acidity are not gentle enough to let the wild triple nuances come to light. Just can't get past the first half of the sips
